Excellent Family Hotel
friendly staff great shower ideal location clean room
The staff was always friendly. Diego and the restaurant staff were great. They greeted us with a smile every day. The room included a great shower, and it was always kept clean. The location is ideal for walks, with the beach just minutes away. I traveled as a couple but this hotel is wonderful for families.
The hotel food was a bit salty after a week. Dairy-free options were limited. Only lactose-free milk was available.

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They always had a smile and provided quick, attentive service. I felt that they cared about ensuring guests enjoyed their holiday.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. It's only a short walk away. The area offers convenient access to public transportation and restaurants. I found the location to be excellent for exploring the surrounding area.

Okay Hotel, Some Issues
short hours sauna closure
The buffet dinner times were inconvenient, especially during the summer season. I think dinner should be open later, maybe until 10 p.m. the pool hours are short. It opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m., which is not good. This schedule made it hard to enjoy the pool much, and the sauna was closed for two days, also annoying.

spacious layout fresh fruit attentive lifeguards
I just adored the spacious layout of my studio pool view. It had a small kitchenette! the breakfast selection was also varied, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries available. The pool area had very attentive lifeguards, ensuring a safe environment for families.
The evening entertainment felt a bit repetitive. It would be nice to see some new acts added to the lineup.
